Filter bar PowerBI change interactions with visual

You can change how filters and visual in your report interact with eachother, but can you also do this for a filter in you filter bar?

I have a few visuals in my report and a filter on year in the filter bar.

One visual shows the trend over the years so I dont want this visual to interact with my year filter. Is there a possibility to change the interaction per visual from a filter in your filter bar?

Or is there no other way than to add the filter as a slicer to my report?

Currently there is not way to disable interaction between filters from filter pane & visuals,
you should use that as slicer and there you will be able to control interaction as you mentioned
