Filter Pane Missing When Publishing to Web

Hi All, 

 

I am losing the new filter pane when I publish to Web. 

 

Is this something that can be enabled?

    Hi,

     

    I presume the "New look" for PowerBI Service is turned on your end?

        could be a browser compatibility issue, did you try switching to another browser?

    This is an Outage that Microsoft Refuses to report!!!   You cant depend on Power BI as a business application due to stupid mistakes like this by the developers!  All of our users have lost the filter pane on some very important reports. Microsoft refuses to aknowledge this as an outage!!!

    Notice Microsoft refuses to answer this thread, but they will answer other ones. Absolute slap in the face by Microsoft!
