Field Parameters Slicer does not work in Power BI Services

Hello,

I have problems with a fild parameters slicer, it works correctly in PowerBI desktop but it doesn't when I publish the report in PowerBI service, it's like the slicer is disabled. I don't know if it has to do with the licence type. 
I attach screenshots

1-In Power BI desktop I can click and select the field parameters:

2- I make clicks in Power BI Service but it doesn't work

I would appreciate to clarify this situation. Thanks in advance

Are there any other objects ontop of the slicers? Maybe play with the ordering to try and have them at the top level.

Thanks for the response. I tried fixing the layers, I published the report again and still didn't work. But I realized that the hover in the service just appeard when the mouse arrow was right on the enphasis bar. I tried taking the enphasis bar off and it worked. 💪

Is that a bug in the Service?
