Feedback for Power BI Copilot in web modeling (preview)

Hi everyone,

We’re looking for feedback on Copilot in web modeling (preview)—an AI-powered assistant that helps you analyze and improve semantic models directly in Power BI service using natural language. This feature is rolling out this month.

It's now available to try in the modeling view!

If you’ve had a chance to try it, we’d love to hear from you:

  • What scenarios worked well for you?
  • What improvements would make this more useful in your workflow?
  • What other capabilities would you like to see added?

You can learn more about the feature here: Copilot in web modeling documentation

Thanks in advance for sharing your feedback—it helps us prioritize and improve the experience!

  • Hi jacindaeng ,

Thank you for sharing information about Copilot in web modeling. We will keep this thread open to allow users to contribute their experiences, scenarios, and suggestions for improvement.

  • Hello jacindaeng I am unable to see this feature in web modeling experience (in my own tenant). I had all related tenant settings enabled, F2 capacity, large storage format for semantic model, using editing mode and I am still not able to see Copilot button. Other Copilot features works correctly
    Do you have any idea?

This feature of Power BI Copilot in web modeling (preview) is in Preview, so it is not supported but we have no option to prevent users with other Copilot for Power BI access from using it?
