Featured Questions not appearing

Hi everyone, newbie to the community (but not new to Power BI). I'm having problems implementing the featured questions and can't figure out why. I've followed the instructions but they're not appear...

    Thanks, but I'm still having no luck. Does anyone know whether there's a setting for Q&A which has to be turned on in the tenant settings? I don't have access to my tenant settings - they're controlled by our IT support.
