Hi Team, under admin monitoring report Feature usage and Adoption Report by default the date range is 30days and if we are in Apr then we can select Mar and Apr Date filter. I want to check data from Feb month but it is not allow me and grey out. Is there any way we can see the historic records by using date filter option.

Hi @ManasRout ,
Thanks for the update.
If you don’t have admin or dataset access, You can contact your Power BI/Fabric admin to request access or ask them to share historical data or a report.

Thank You.
Hi @ManasRout ,
Thank you for reaching out to the microsoft fabric community forum.
The Feature Usage and Adoption Report is built on a rolling dataset that retains only the last 30 days of data, which is why dates older than that (such as February) appear greyed out and cannot be selected in the date slicer. At this time, there is no configuration or setting available to extend this retention period within the built-in report.
If you need access to historical data beyond this window, you can consider using Microsoft 365 Audit Logs or the Power BI Activity Events API to capture and store usage data over a longer period. You can then build a custom reporting solution on top of this stored data to analyze trends over time.
Hope this helpful. Please reach out us if you have any queries .
Thank You.

Hi @v-anbandari I don't have access to semantic model for all the admin monitoring reports so I can't able to create custom reprot top on it.
