Feature Usage and Adoption report - blank date filter

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with the Feature Usage and Adoption report, the Date Range filter is currently showing as blank.

Appreciate your help in checking this and advising on how to resolve the issue.

  • Hi tempoyak007 It might be due to data not being loaded or permissions missing. Start by verifying if the data source is active and contains date values. Check if the report permissions are set correctly for the user accessing it. Ensure that the date column is formatted properly in the dataset and correctly mapped in the filter. If the issue persists, try refreshing the dataset and reapplying the filter configuration.
