Feature Usage and Adoption is refreshing, but data is stale?

Hi all,

Hopefully you can help, currently using admin monitoring workspace and the Feature Usage and Adoption report. It has been refreshing sucessfully, however the data has become stale and stopped populating after the 30th July 2024. Is there a new version we have missed and we need to update or recreate? Just concious we can't monitor usage accross the estate shortly as 30 days will expire and it will be blank.

Thanks

Hi @Shabyman2

Here are the relevant considerations for The admin monitoring workspace to be able to refresh:

by the way, here are the limitations:

I just check mine, and it seems to be working fine ie i have data up to yesterday. Try refreshing the browser, the model should be updated daily automatically.

I also recommend running a separate data pipeline that queries and store the activity log in a database. This way you will not be limited to 30 days historical data, and if any audit task is needed, you will have the data to do it.
