Feature Usage and Adoption Dataset History
It looks like the new Fabric Feature Usage and Adoption dataset only holds 30 days of data. I'd like to build a solution to store the data each day so that we have a full history going forward. ...

Yes, Audit log retention period for the Feature Usage and Adoption dataset/report is currently rolling 30 days only.
But unfortunately, to my knowledge, there's no alternative to the O365 audit log at the moment.
