Since you’re now unable to connect to the Business Central KPI Finance Report web service using both OData and the Power BI Business Central connector,please raise a support ticket.

As of now i have tried creating a new Dataflow on another workspace and i can not get access to the Business Central KPI Finance Report webservice.
It seems as if the webservice is not connecting with both a Odata connection or with the PowerBI Business Central connector.
Any idea why or there might be a Microsoft update that has caused a bug?
