Failed to update data source credentials
Hi All,
I have dashboard sourced from SAP BW system, I am able to refresh dashboard from PBI desktop application, however same dashboard I am unable to refresh from workspace after publishing.
Error is as below
'Failed to update data source credentials: The credentials provided for the SapBusinessWarehouse source are invalid.'
Checked the data source connections and same credential are being used in desktop app & workspace .
Please let me know if there is any additional setting to be done at workspace.

Hi AOD ,
Apparently there are two different SAP BW Connectors available. Perhaps confirm you have the same one installed on your gateway server as you do on your local machine?

Can you provide more details?
Which authentication method do you select here? Can you edit and update the credential successfully in Power BI Service?
After you have reconfigured the data source credential information, can you please restart the gateway and see if the problem still exists?
Also，please check if you can refresh the dataset properly in Power BI Desktop with the same authentication?
