Failed to update data source credentials: web contents failed to get contents from “Azure end point”

I used the azure cognitive key phrases and analytics extraction API as a JSON document in my power BI desktop advanced editor . It worked perfectly fine  but after publishing and setting refresh on the BI service ,this error pops up and fails to refresh. I also had to skip test connections so It could update data source connections .But it still doesn't refresh but gives that error message. Pls what can I do about this
