Failed to test the connection to your data source. Please retry your credentials each time

I have reports that I'm updating weekly. Currently I'm updating them by opening each file in Desktop, refreshing, then publishing to the workspace. I want to update them via Service rather than Desktop, but I don't need Scheduled Refresh; I'm okay with clicking the Refresh button manually. All my sources are CSV files from my company's SharePoint, which I've confirmed to be on the cloud and not on-premises. I believe that I've linked them in my PBIX file correctly and I've been able to refresh from Service a few times.

The problem is that I have to authenticate all sources every week. I'm greeted by this each time:

don't have problems logging in. When I click on "Edit credentials," it prompts me to log in to my company Microsoft account, which I do easily. My question is why does it ask me to do this every time, and for all 3 data sources? Below are the images of my data sources on Desktop.

Hi @kvnbn

It could be that your account credentials needs to be updated because your network admin has got it setup to re-login say every 3 days.

One work around is to get an account where the password does not expire, and add this account to your SharePoint site were the files are located. Then use this account to authenticate in the Power BI service.
