Failed to schedule data flows

I'm trying to schedule updates to my dataflows, but the option is no longer enabled, not even in the dataflows I had previously scheduled. The gateway is properly configured.

That and the other known issues should be included in this site. That would save a lot of people time asking about the same issue.
