I am trying to buy a Power BI Pro subscription.
I am using my own personal Microsoft account email, so it said I needed to create a new account. It's fine, I went ahead a and provide all information. Then came to the page I attached, it asked me to provide the phone number and chose to Text or Call to verify. I provided the information, however whichever I chose (call or Text), there is red warning comes saying "Sorry, we need additional information to verify your identity. Please contact support". That contact support link does not work by the way.
How to resolve this. All I wanted was to buy the subscription. I thought Microsoft would like it!

I have checked all information in my profile is exactly same as the information that I am providing in creating this account.
make sure you have provided all the required information, recently i faced your account is locked error message but after verifying the mobile number it was unlocked. before purchase you need to make sure you have all required personal information in your profile.
