Failed To Load Data Scheduled Refresh - Privacy Settings Are The Same

Hey guys

I am combining into a table data from Salesforce, a Web API (Which the privacy has to be set to None for it to work) and a sharepoint online list.

Refresh works perfectly in the desktop version but when scheduling it on the service it bombs out with the error

Last refresh failed: Mon Mar 01 2021 15:12:21 GMT+0000 (Greenwich Mean Time)
There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.Hide details

Done the usual googling and I have changed all the privacy settings both in the desktop app and online - Set them to none, organisational, public & private so they are both the same but still get this error.

Really struggling to understand whats happening - Any one suggest anything?

Do you have the following value enabled on your gateway?

      Hey GilbertQ

Strangly it says it doesnt need a gateway and doesnt give me the option to switch one on

Under data source credentials when you click on Edit, make sure that the Privacy settings are set to NONE

Yes I tried all the usual stuff you can find on google - Tried setting the privacy to every combination but didnt work.

I have 2 other reports - 1 that is purley from the same Sharepoint instance, and 1 thats from the same Production Salesforce environment all work fine - I think its just because i am combining data from each into one data subset that its having a wobble.   Very strange in deed
