Failed Refresh

Before the data import for Change Log finished, its data source timed out. Double-check whether that data source can process import queries, and if it can, try again. How do you fix this error

By my reserch, it's a gateway error, try the solution in this article:

Opened the gateway on the system. Clicked on Restart. Kept the gateway opened without closing the window. Refreshed the data. Then, closed the gateway window, again refreshed.

Or update the gateway to the latest version.
