Failed Authentication on Online Report
Hey Power BI community, I am having trouble with the refresh on my published report when refreshing works fine on the desktop version. When I go into the settings to setup the refreshing, there is no option for "Organizational Account" which I used when importing the data from sharepoint which is protected and I can't make it more public as it is protected by the federal government of Canada. How do I set up refreshes on my report without this because for some reason this option isn't available.

Regarding your question, in Power BI Desktop, you need to provide an organizational account so that SharePoint can determine whether you have permission to access the resource.
In Power BI Service, you need to set credentials for the semantic model.
You should be able to refresh the data.

Click on edit credentials and use Oauth2 and organisational.I hope it will fix the issue.
