Fail To activation Power BI pro License

is there anyone can tell me about Power BI-PRO? iface some problem here,
I was trying to register with account have been registered with Power-BI (free), in example case: [email protected]
domain from user@mydomain.com automatically became mydomaincom.onmicrosoft.com it was generate by system, and sign-in only can choose it,
like in highlight below,
, and then login menu will be show up, i was trying to login with account has been registered
user@mydomain.com (created by IT departement)
and will show up menu like below
but when i trying to klik start activation error will be show up like below,
is mydomaincom.onmicrosoft.com need to be exist or created to? to get email from registration from power BI?
so i can use the license?

i had created the account with user@mydomain.com

Could you please re-upload the above images? The images you provide are corrupted and we are not able to see any error message about your scenario.
