as per error message, the credentails used to access the excel file is invalid
I would suggest using user name with domain in local network file
You can also put this file on onedrive\SharePoint and connect from there, in this case you will not be requring gateway
Hi @Shweta_1585 ,
If it is an excel data source, I recommend you to install a personal gateway, so that after importing to desktop and posting to service. there is no need to configure additional connections for the data source. Or as @arvindsingh802 said, put it into onedrive\SharePoint.
Hope it helps!
