Facing issue with enterprise gateway - connectionis intermittend

Deat Team,

I am facing strange issue, enterprise gateway connection is very intermittend. Sometimes it shows as online and all reports working fine. However it is not connecting and keep on loading later. I had to uninstall and install , it was working, now again the connection is gone.

There is no change in proxy or network related issues.

Anybody faced this issue? pls let me know if yes or how can we troubleshoot this issue?

what and all needs t be checked in network side, proxy etc.

This might be because a new version of the enterprise gateway was released recently.

Dear Team,

I am still facing the issue.

Enterprise gateway is installed on my ffice desktp.

I am facing the issue outside (public internet), Error description is " Unknown error in Enterprise gateway". Sometimes it works. Even in office network, sometimes it connecs sometimes no.

I have installed latest version of enterprise gateway.

Not sure whether its the same issue or not, but we did faced a similar issue over the weekend for our Reports using Enterprise Gateway.

Issue Description: 

"Unknown error in Enterprise Gateway.

Please try again later or contact support and provide the following details to help resolve your issue faster."

Now everything looks fine. Might be a maintenance thing on Microsoft side.
