Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had similar issue and assigning rights for capacity solved it.

Just UI seems to be updated:

I have the same issue.  Some of my workspaces show lakehouses the one I want has many lakehouses in it but Power Apps says it can't find any.

Hi @Lado_Kvara , I am facing similar issue with all the conditions you described. do you had solution for this?

Hi, @ajitshelake . You need a Fabric Capacity admin permission. This can be added in Admin Portal.

Hi,

I have the same issue and found that if power platform is not in the same region as Power BI this is not working.

I'm in canada and some of my environment are in canada east and some in canada central, the ones in canada central can see Power BI which is deployed in this specific region while the other environments are not seeing PBI.

and there is no option to select the exact region you want in power platform (at least I'm not seeing any option to manage this)

Hi @Lado_Kvara ,

If I understand correctly, the issue is that you couldn’t find any workspace in fabric. Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:

1.Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to access the Fabric workspaces.

2.Check if the workspace is visible in the Power Apps portal.

3.Try to sign out of Power Apps, then sign back in and attempt to access the Fabric workspaces again.

4.Make sure that the account is listed as an admin for the workspaces you are trying to access.

Best Regards,

Wisdom Wu

Hi Wisdom Wu,

The user I'm using has Admin permisson in several Fabric workspaces.

I've signed out and in, nothing has changed.

Yes, the account I'm using is admin in Fabric workspace.

In my case, the Fabric Administrator Role in Microsoft 365 is required.

Kind regards,

Vladimir
