Fabric vs Premium capacity for sharing

Hi all,

- A lakehouse is in workspace A, assigned to F2 capacity

- A dataset connects to the lakehouse via Direct Lake from workspace B, assigned to P1 capacity

- A report in workspace B connects to the dataset

Can someone with a standard Power BI licence view the report?
