Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
Currently, Dataflows Gen2 with Git integration are currently in public preview and have limitations, including the inability to execute them from Fabric Pipelines. As this feature is still in development, certain functionalities may not be fully supported.
