Fabric - data pipelines cannot be started

Hi 

Yesterday morning our fabric enviroment started acting weird.

I can access all our data pipelines, but I cannot start them.

As you can see this is started, but nothing comes to the output windows. And it never runs/finishes.

And I wonder in the 2. image, capacity says N/A ?
