Fabric Licensing and Pro Licensing Requirements

Pro license needed for viewers in F2 workspaces specially ( all Fabric SKUs smaller than F64), users still need Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses to consume Power BI content. Only capacities of F64 or larger allow you to share Power BI content with free users (users without Pro licenses) inside your organization.

Thanks for response. The way things were if you didn't have a Pro license you couldn't access the content. Now it seems you can access the content without the Pro license. Hence my point about is this now 'honesty' based licensing of viewers of reports. Or, maybe this is just a 'bug' in Fabric capacities under F64.
