I am able to create a Connection and then select manage users to share them with other Fabric developers in my organization. I am a Fabric Admin. Other devs on my team are not able to mane users for their connections, Does anyone know what specific permissions are required for maaging connections in Fabric?
Thank you

Hi, @frankieb
To manage users for connections in Fabric as a Fabric Admin, you need to have the appropriate permissions set at the workspace level. Based on the information from Microsoft Fabric's permission model, there are different roles within a workspace, such as Viewer, Contributor, Member, and Admin. Each role has specific capabilities. For instance, only Admins and Members can manage permissions and share content within the workspace.
If you're looking to share a connection with other developers in your organization, you would typically click on the ellipses button next to the connection, select "Manage users," and then add the user account name or a security group. After selecting the user or group, you would specify their permissions and share the connection.

Sorry if this was not clear. I am able to Share a connection but my team mates are not able to share a connection despite them also having a Fabric Admin role as well in the same workspace. When they try to share the option for "manage users" is greyed out. Any ideas on why this might be the case? Thank You
Hi @frankieb ,
Go to manage connections and gateways it will list all your connections.Go to manage access on that particular connection and provide >user with resharing to that users. You can refer this https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-au/blog/additional-gateway-security-roles-for-power-bi/
I hope it will be helpful.
Thanks,
