Fabric Capacity Metrics App not refreshing

Getting the error below. I removed the previous metrics app and now have just the Fabric Capacity Metrics app. I was able to install the app successfully but data won't load because of the error below. I'm a capacity admin, which you have to be in order to install this app. I'm not sure what to do to get this to work.

There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.

No capacities found. You need to be a capacity admin of at least one or more capacities.

I did see that earlier but they provide steps to "resolve" the issue but they don't work so there still isn't a solution in my case. I went ahead and submitted a service request.

I figured out my problem. In my particular case, it was not enough to be a Fabric Administrator. I also needed to be assigned a Capacity Admin in the capacity settings of the Power BI Admin Portal.

There isn't a particular step. I followed every step that was detailed in the document. And although I have the Fabric Capacity Metrics app installed and connected to my capacity, I still get the error message I posted in my first post.
