I'm noticing spikes in my Premium Capacity utilization % and when I use the Fabric Capacity Metrics App to drill into the details, I see queries are being ran that have Status = Failure, but the User...
Could be a service principal or something. I'd search for that id in Entra ID (active directory) to confirm.
