I am running into an issue where my capacity is reaching 100% but when I go to investigate what is taking up all of the CU's I am dumbfounded by the lack of information in the timepoint.
Is something else causing this?

Your solution is so great GilbertQ
Hi, @hicksc
To investigate the overload further, drill through to the point-in-time page. You can then view interactive and background actions and see which actions are causing capacity overload. You can also determine when an overload event occurred.
Because utilization over 100% doesn't automatically mean throttling, you'll want to use a Throttling chart when evaluating overage.

Hi @hicksc
The reason you cannot see anything in the time Point is because it is a background process which is smoothed over 24 hours. So in order to see what is affecting this, you would need to take the town point and go back 24 hours in the town points to see what was run at that point in time.
This hasnt been the case until recently, If something is still hitting and using resoucres on the capacity should it be showing as a background process that has not fallen off yet no? I have seen multiple times where this was the case.
i.e a process which ran at 7pm on monday can be seen at 4pm on Tuesday if it is still being smoothed out over the 24hr period.
Here is a snip of 24hrs before that timepoint above, No matter what time I pick I dont have the Timepoint details
