If not, please have a try.
- Please download the FTP files, upload them to OneDrive, and then use desktop to connect the files on OneDrive. This way you can refresh automatically, you can refer to this post: Connect Power BI to FTP
- Try to use ODATA connector, refer to the blog:Author and Share Power BI Reports on Real-Time FTP Data
