Extreme High Capacity Usage by Subscription(s)
I am struggling to figure out which subscription(s) are using an astonishing amount of capacity and why. The subscriptions for a single report are using almost 50% more capacity than the next highest...
We've been through this too. Single user, 3000 recipients. User decided to include not only a rendering of the first page (which is totally illegible because they cram too many visuals on that page) but also a PDF export of the entire 25 page report, re-rendered individually for each recipient and also totally unusable because "it's not interactive".
Remedy A: Educate your developers to include neither, and to only rely on the link.
Remedy B: stop doing subscriptions.
Thanks for your reply. I am guessing that this is what is going on. They are indeed sending PDFs to everyone in sales in the company.
