Extract metadata from power BI pro workspace

I am working on a migration project where the reports are both in premium and pro workspace. I am able to extract the metadata like columns, calculations,tables etc from premium workspace, but I am not able to extract metadat from pro workspace. Using Rest APIs I was able to extract till report name, but not able to proceed .I know that power BI has launched scanner APIs but I cannot use them since I am not a power BI admin and due to security issues, I cannot be added to access the APIs. Also I tried the option of reading the PBIX file, but the volume of report is huge so  was checking if there is an alternate option to extract pro workspace reports metadata.
