External users can't create QR Code and Analyze in Excel

Hello all

We are facing an issue with external users (invited to our organization)

Even when they having the ability to save a copy of the reports shared with them in their own workspace, then when wanting to generate the QR code or analyze in Excel of the copied report these options appear disabled or not appear at all.

Here you can see side by side the options seeing by each type of users.

Anybody knows what security (if there) have to be enabled to these menu works?

It would be nice if external users could log in using QR codes.

Currently that is a limitation when sharing Reports or dashboards with external users.
