Is this the wrong place/site then for this type of question? Guess I was thinking I might receive more specific suggestions on steps I may have missed in setting this up.

Community Championrrhascall Generally if you don't have something configured correctly you'll get a better message than a correlation error kind of message. Any time you get a correlation error, it's more likely that something went wrong in the Service and Microsoft is the only group that can decipher those. I'm assuming that you have enabled all of the appropriate tenant settings because it sounds like from our description that you have been through them.
