Hi
I've created a report which i've shared with users from different organizations. I've added all users as "Contributor" to the workspace. Two of them have a Power BI Pro license from their organisation/tenant, and for the third i've assigend a Power BI pro license to the guest account. The first two can access/interacte with the report without problem, for the third one, the report doesnt show up under "from external orgs".
What am i missing?
Thanks, Lukas

Hi, @lukreb
It sounds like you have correctly assigned a Power BI Pro license to the guest account for the third user, but they are still unable to access the report. One possibility is that the guest user has not yet accepted the invitation to access the workspace. You may want to confirm that the guest user has received and accepted the invitation to access the workspace.
Another possibility is that the guest user's organization may have restrictions on accessing external content. You may want to check with the guest user's organization to see if they have any specific requirements or limitations for accessing external content.

We shared power bi report to our external users with POwer Bi Pro license assigne by their organization but still they can't access the power bi report that we shared. The trick is that, when we assigned the Power Bi Pro license to that external users, they can access the report. So not sure what went wrong, because we don't want them to assign Power Bi Pro license instead use their Power Bi Pro license provided their Organization.
Thank you for your reply. I managed to solve this although its kind of unclear to me how exactly. After the user accessed our own powerbi tentant (by using the app.powerbi.com/home?ctid....) he was then able to see the tab "from external orgs". we then tested it with yet another users for which it worked without the extra step.
Anyways, thanks for your support!
Luk
