External guests error get error when trying to view PBI app

External guests with pro licenses assigned to the security group on our production workspace get an error when trying to view the PBI app generated from the production workspace.  They are able to access individual report links but the app does not appear for them either using a direct URL or by going into the 'Apps' nav > clicking get apps.

Microsoft support has not been able to help us and its becoming a major problem in our user experience.  Please help if you have any suggestions.

This is the error that shows up

Hey @SBixler10 ,

To confirm, you have the external user in an Audience in the app (not just the Workspace)?  And, they have the right permissions in that Audeince?

Hi, Thanks for your reply.  We have the app setting on 'publish to entire organization'.  Do we instead need to publish to specific security groups if the external guest user is in one of those security groups?  I reviewed the rest of the points in the link you shared and confirm that all are in place.
