I have a report that I'm trying to share with someone with an external address. I've had several actually and they all showed up in the Direct Access tab of the Manage Permissions screen. But this one address I've tried to add them, and there was no resulting error but their name won't show up in either the Direct Access tab or the Pending tab.
I have a co-worker though who was able to add the address in his Reports in a different Workspace It showed up successfully in the Pending tab. We both have PRO Accounts.
I've tried refreshing my browser and all the usual stuff. Email Address still not showing up. Is there something in my account that's possibly different? Or is this a bug of some sort?
EDIT: I just remembered that I'm not really using a PRO lisc. I'm just using a trial for the PRO lisc. Does that matter? Can I only add a certain amount of users with my PRO trial?
Hi @BerkLee ,
For this method to work, the external users will need to be set up as guest users in Active directory. Those guest users will also need a Power BI Pro license assigned to them.

This link type lets you share to guest users in your organization’s Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
