External User Cannot Access Report in Power BI Service

    Hi markefrody ,

    If the external user has a free license now, he can only consume content that is shared to a Premium workspace. He can select the profile picture from the page header to see his license.

Can you make sure that you share with them the full TenantID and see if that works.

 

You can get it when you click on the question mark "?" then About Power BI, then click on Tenant URL

    Hi Gilbert,

     

    Thank you for the response. I have shared to him the full tenant ID but he still cannot see the report.  Below is the screenshot of what he can currently see:

    There is a warning in the top red section that his free trial of Power BI has ended. Is this the reason why he cannot see the report?

      Yes, the first thing I would do is to make sure they have a valid license.


      Then what happens if the clicks on Guest Access?
