External User Access

Hi All. I need a little help (in lamens terms - its been a long week 🙂

What are my options for the below scenario.

All reports are created and shared by one central user/license.

They are shared internally to users with a license.

We also need external clients who do not have PBI license to view the shared reports.

Thanks in advance.

THank you. I dont think pro-license beyond the trial is an option for now.

I will look into the premium capacity issue.

There are two options for sharing reports/dashboards to external users, in your case.

1. the external user ids also have Pro license

2. the reports (workspaces) should be in Premium capacity.

THank you. I dont think pro-license beyond the trial is an option for now.

I will look into the premium capacity issue.
