Helper IExternal Dataset Sharing - is it possible?
Dear community friends,
I find myself in a situation where I am required to share a reports underlying dataset with an external Power BI pro account, so they can incorporate the data to build their own reports. In the past I have found myself creating internal accounts for external clients to use to access data / reports, though in this situation this isn't a possibility.
So, my question is, can I share the dataset to an external account? I know it definitely wasn't possible a few years ago, though maybe it is now?

You can share a report or dataset with an external user.
But the user will always be logged into your tenant where your dataset lives.
Currently you cannot have YOUR dataset being accessed in the external tenant.
