External Dashboard viewing - BI unable to find pinned dashboard

My company is sharing a dashboard we created with our client.  The dashboard has a variety of other dashboards pinned to it and it serves as a central metrics hub.

When the client clicks on a pin they get an error message "Sorry, we couldn't find that dashboard"  both enterprises have O365.  we are trying to find out if something changed in BI sharing or if we need to change a setting.

I can't reproduce your issue, can you provide some detailed information about your issue? E.g: screenshots, operation steps...etc
