I apologize in advance if this issue has been beaten to death already, but i could not find an answer to my specific issue. the problem is as follows:
I built a report for client. the report is published to my tenant. i invited 2 external users (who have o365 users from their org) and applied powerbi pro licenses to the invited users through my azure ad. the external users accepted the invite and now show up as guest users in my azure and admin panel. when i go to share the workspace with them, i am sharing with the username "user1_externaldomain.com#EXT#@mydomain.onmicrosoft.com" the problem is that if the external user goes to powerbi.com and signs in with their regular o365 user (user1@externaldomain.com) they can't see the worspace i have given them access to. if i send them a link directly to my tenant, everything works perfectly. also, if they sign in with the guest user (user1_externaldomain.com#EXT#@mydomain.onmicrosoft.com) everything works perfectly. How do i get them to sign in with their regular users and see the workspace and license? I hope this was clear...

Hi @Anonymous ,
As far as I know, there is no solution that fully meets your needs. You could share the tenant URL directly or share an app with your external user.

yes, this is what i currently do. the problem is that i have to send the link to every user individaully, and it is a big mess, because if they don't bookmark it, they have to go searching through their mails to find it, and they always accidentally delete it etc. Why can't they just log in to powerbi.com with their regular user (nor the #EXT# user) and see what i've shared with them and given them access to? is there any way to accomplish this?
Thanks
