Extended Pro Trial activationen message not showing

Hi,&nbsp;&nbsp;Sum of our users have not received the extended pro trial message after using their 60 days trial. Can you help us with this?&nbsp;&nbsp;The users are&nbsp;Kenn.Petersen@dk.selecta.comBrian.Kjeldbjerg@dk.selecta.com&nbsp;Many thanks.&nbsp;&nbsp;BrChristian

If they started using it after June 1st&nbsp;they'll only have access to the 60 day trial. Only users who have used Power BI earlier than that have access to the extended trial.&nbsp;https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-extended-pro-trial/

Hi christianbt,You means both of the accouts were signed up before june first, but theu still receive the notification, right? If it is, the Notification Center is actually having a problem to propose the 1y Pro Trial invitation to the users eligible.&nbsp;We're trying to fix it. Hi Angelia,&nbsp;&nbsp;Both were signed up before June 1 yes, but they have not received the notification to update to the 1y trial. Okay, do you know when this error is expected to be fixed?&nbsp;&nbsp;BrChristian&nbsp;
