and here it is in the advanced query mode:

Gstaih_1-1663661854321.png

Please note,

1- Data source is from sharepoint.

2- The user, who created the excel files template in sharepoint and power Bi report, their account was removed from the group.

3- After said user was removed, we received the error message above.

Would appreciate any help,

Kind regards.

@Gstaih Well, either add the user back to the SharePoint list or change the credentials on the data source so that it uses a user with permissions. In the Desktop you can do this via File | Options and settings | Data source settings.

@Gstaih Correct, what the error is saying is that it doesn't find anything in that SharePoint list and this would be because they don't have access so no documents or "rows" are returned.

Hi Greg @Greg_Deckler

Thanks for taking time to answer, so what would you suggest as a solution?

@Gstaih Well, either add the user back to the SharePoint list or change the credentials on the data source so that it uses a user with permissions. In the Desktop you can do this via File | Options and settings | Data source settings.
