Exporting to Power Point

Hello, I am getting the below message when I try to export to Power Point. Same thing happens when I try to export to PDF. I used to be able to do it sicne last week. Please let me know, th...

    Hi mariacollelli ,

     

    This looks like an issue with tenant settings.

    Please check the same in the below path and verify if it is not turned-on:

    Power Bi Service -> Settings -> Admin Portal -> Tenant Settings -> Toggle in off position

     

    If this is correctly set, you can do the below:

    1. Check for the client side network. Sometimes exports don't work if client side network issue exists; This is usually the case when exports are working properly and then suddenly stops to work

    2. Create support ticket with MS: Link

    3. Confirm if your scenario meets for these limits: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-pdf#limitations-and-considerations
