Hi,
In my PBI report, I use buttons to display certain visuals.
More specifically, I have buttons for 'Sales', 'Profits', 'Margins', and 'Countries'.
When you click on 'Sales', it displays a line and stacked column chart showing sales trends over last few years. When you click on 'Profits' it shows the same chart for profits, etc.
What I want to achieve is that users can export all these visuals to Power Point. Currently, when I use the PBI embedded 'export' function, it only exports the chart for the selected button (e.g. "Sales").
Any thoughts on how I could make it possible that all the charts are exported to PPT?
Thank you.
Apparently this feature is still unsupported by PowerBI as of today. I first submitted a ticket to Microsoft support team to look into this issue, whereafter i was advised by their engineers to submit the idea. You can find the idea here: Microsoft Idea (powerbi.com). Please, vote it up!
Hi @Giorgi1989 ,
Select "current value" in the export page, and the exported results will retain the filtered results. Refer to the following.
set in powerbi desktop:

Hi Henry,
Thank you for your reply.
No, when I choose 'Current Values' and 'Only Export Current Page", I only get the chart associated with the selected button exported to Power Point.
How have you set up your bookmarks? This is how mine have been set up. I wonder whether there is any causality between these settings and the export results?
Thank you once again!
Hi @Giorgi1989 ,
For each filter result (button) the corresponding visual is changed to the following option:
