Exporting a matrix to excel

Hello, When I export a matrix to excel, I do not get the same figures I see in the report. What can I do to fix it?   Thank you,

Create a pivot table from the results and it should match.

    The pivot did solve the issue, but it helped me to find the error and then fixed it.
