Hi @AshDil

The first screenshot is what you get by clicking the export data in the visual in the Service and it works . How about the second screenshot ? What did you do when this page appeared ?

Generally, we control the export data in three places , one in Desktop and two in Service .

Desktop : Options=>CURRENT FILE=>Export data

Service :

Admin portal=>Export to Excel & Export to .csv

Report settings

Ailsamsft_3-1642992964336.png

If you have no problems with these three settings, the export function can be used normally .

Hi @Anonymous ,

Thanks for your reply. The 2nd screenshot is also appearing by clicking the export data in the visual in the Service. When ever the 2nd screenshot appeared,

User Closes the browser (Google Chrome) > again open the Power bi report in service > clicks export the data from visual > The first screen appears again. It works then.

Thanks,

AshDil
