Exporting Reports data from command line or other programming language
can we export data from power bi report(having single or multiple visuals) to a xls/csv/txt file using
- powershell
- commandline
- using any other progaming language
- or any other way
without directly accessing report in the service.

As far as I know, there is not a good idea to export data using other tools. And based on my test, for now, I think you still need to export it in Power BI.
